    Not seeing VIP reward points added.


    I have been spending money on the Xbox store, e.g purchased Forza Horizon 3, and a few other titles over the month. Nothing has been added on my account for October, only September. My VIP rank is increasing but not rebate is being added to account, is anyone
    able to assist?

    Also is there a way to add purchase from a physical MS Store to rewards program?

    Are you absolutely sure they haven't been added to your account and you've not realised? I only just noticed that 200 had been added to mine for May.



    You can check to see if any points have been added by going to the billing website > MS points > History.



    I thought that the VIP Rewards codes and the rewards points were different things. The VIP codes are things like the IQ Giveaway and that horrible free Addidas tracksuit we got a while back do come in the form of emailed codes. The reward points for renewing
    Gold/doing that daft survey etc have always gone straight into my account.

    Good day i have been making purchases and the reward points or rebates have not been added to my account. Neither has it added to my VIP rank thus keeping me at rank 0. Can anyone help with this?

    Not seeing VIP reward points added.

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too soon to see credits pending for October.

    Physical discs will only award credits if they are part of a specific offer on the site. Otherwise, there is no way to receive credit for them.

    I can confirm Smwutches' answer. October purchases have not yet been calculated and Rewarded. Also, while we do have an offer for physical disc purchases from the MicrosoftStore.com site, at this moment we do not have an offer to award purchases from a physical

    Why not? Im on VIP-Level 1 and have Gold (2% Reward-Points)
