    Not saving payment option


    I've been trying to buy a game from the store yet when I click buy it asks me to add a payment option. After filling in the info I click save yet it just asks me to add a payment option again. I've tried this on Xbox and on the website both with the same
    outcome. Any help would be appreciated.

    Xbox Live Gold Subscription Issue

    If this hasn't been resolved yet, simply go into the billing, manage payment options, click to edit the card, then save it. This will cause the card to get reverified in order for them to allow it for payment. The reason it was declined was they tried charging you $21 for something, but when it was received multiple times as declined/rejected due to funds, the payment method was locked and declined until it can be reverified.

    I've already tried this and it doesn't work.

    It says 'We can't add the payment method. Please make sure it hasn't been already added to your account. If you continue to get this message, try with another payment method or contact customer service for assistance.'

    No valid payment options known

    If you want to download via the website you must have a payment option on file till the website is updated

    Or you can save yourself the hassle and download via your console which doesnt need a payment option

    Well it doesn't make any sense to me, but if that how it is, ok

    but... can I introduce a payment option, download the game and then delete the payment option?

    because I don't want to have that personal data saved anywhere on the web... I never use internet payment, I always buy on stores

    For billing issues, I find it easier to contact support on the phone when online options don't seem to be working.
