Discus and support Not rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi I hit the 10years on Xbox on the 12th April and I haven't received any rewards for it ....     Hi I hit the 10years on Xbox on the 12th April and I haven't received any rewards for it .... I assume because we are being transitioned to MSRewards that we are forgotten. Can you help me

    Xbox Quest Progress not Updating

    Rewards support can only assist with Rewards program offers. Since quests are not part of the rewards program, rewards support will not be able to assist.

    Hello CharlesSchwabb,

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you are not eligible for any Rewards.

    M sure there is part where it say we get rewarded for birthday anniversaries ect .... Like this year I got rewards for my birthday on February as a present and got anniversaries rewards for being 2years a member of Xbox Reward in March this year ..= Can
    you check that again for me .

    Yes. I'm sure. There's never been a reward based on tenure. If there was it would be listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.

    Hello R3D14L1F32,

    The only offer related to your tenure in the program is the anniversary perk for Gems. Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to have a 10 year anniversary reward.

    A WARNING ABOUT XBOX REWARDS POINTS AFTER YOU CASH THEM IN!

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.
