    hi I spent around 128 on games in april and did not receive rewards aside from my survey reward. Can I please be advised what I'm missing? Thank you

    It's not fare

    The Xbox Live Reward program only rewards users for making purchases, and when they make purchases it takes at least 1 cycle to receive rewards. If your friend only joined yesterday he was not rewarded from the Xbox Live Program. He could have received it
    from the Microsoft/Bing Reward program (separate) or from Sales/Promotions (separate).

    April MyVip has been delayed due to a bug. It will be deposited later than normal.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately Rewarded. Once we can
    confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account.

    Taken from the Rewards FAQ:

    "Your eligible purchases will be calculated in the beginning of April. If you qualify, your Rewards Points will then be deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by April 30, 2013. During the Offer Period, your Points will not show up under Pending."

    Also, in the future, Rewards has their own support forums where rewards support agents can better assist you :)
