    Hi, What should be simple has still not resolved. My son had a 1 month subscription ending a while ago so I decided to buy a 12 month subscription. I accidently tapped buy twice so had 2 subcriptions paid through paypal. On support chat thing, the agent
    said 1 subscription would get refunded and just one remains. On live account it shows one refund 39.99 (12 month) but were is the remaining 12 month subscription as agent appears to have put me back on a 5.99 1 month subcription and to top it off two payments
    have come out of my bank totalling nearly £80 and paypal is not registering any refund at all. So if the agent has put me on a rolling monthly subcription why is there no refund? This needs to get resolved as I have effectively paid Microsoft for a non existing
    product.

    was not actioned in the game. I received an error message that the purchase was already credited but it was not.
