    Not recognizing "premium that I paid!


    I paid to for "premium" on Jigsaw Puzzle. I received a gaming computer for Christmas, and I signed to my puzzle just fine, but it's no applying my premium!

    Hello Joleena, are you playing on Pc, what would be your operating system, Win 10 or 11?

    Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

    To make sure we're getting you the right information, can you clarify a bit further what you mean by "Premium"? Are you referring to the

    Battlefield 1 Premium Pass    ?

    I HAVE looked at the Xboc PC App and I see my valid entry there. However, the additional issue is that I have the 'Premium Deluxe' version (on 10 DVD's). And the Xbox app does not recognize this, moreover, it wants me to fork out again the premium amount I already once paid for the DVD-version when I choose to download that premium deluxe version. The app only allows me to freely download the standard version. So, yes, I can download from the Xbox app, but how do I not lose the extras from my DVD version?
