    Hi I received a voucher from a friend for 6 months game pass console, it is a VVCR virtual voucher and I sacne the QR code and enter the redemption code but it doesn't validate my xbox serial number, but I tried it over 15 times, I even registered my device on the link you provided

    In order to verify an Xbox hardware serial number, please register your device on https://account.microsoft.com/devices

    If the registration is successful, please provide it to the 3rd party Prima Sundae for your gift game pass code.
