Not reciving my Xbox point through rewards with gold

I have not received any deposits from rewards with gold in around 6 or so months. I’ve had the same account and the same email all the exact same information and all of my information is 100% correct and up to date. This is not the first time I’ve had this
issue but last time i reached out it took awhile but eventually my points were sent to me. So I know they can be added to my account by your side if I complain enough. Last time I had to send around 10 messages on this forum and after 3 months it was finally
resolved. Hopefully it won’t take that long again. I’m owed 28,000 credits as of today. Please send them out to me ASAP. I’ve been a faithful member of gold for over 10 years and have bought over 500 games on xbox one alone. Thanks

hi ive renewed my gold but not been given the points in rewards, i purchased it through my Xbox and already had gold

 

Unfortunately, there is currently an issue which is preventing a deposit to your Microsoft account. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. This
is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. While their fix
was able to let us make a deposit in June, they have not yet been able to provide us with a consistent solution to this error. We will be processing another manual batch for those with your error within the next two deposit dates. We apologize for the inconvenience.
