Not recieving Xbox reward credits for purchases

I have not been recieving any credits towards my Xbox rewards since the beingining of February. Everyone who has looked at the account has said it looks like it is working. Since then I have bought multiple add-ons, Xbox one games and 360 games from the
digital store but still my balance is 0. Can someone help me please

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits.

So what are the gems? As in the email it states that they will be transferred across to microsoft reward credits. I thought it had some affect on the rewards I recieve?

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

The Credits for completing that portion of the offer were placed as pending yesterday. For reference, a log of your Credits can be found in the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check into it for you.
