    Not recieving xbox live rewards


    My last refund were on April 12th. At the same day and on April 27th i have bought games worth 185.98 €. At 8% that (should be 10%) would be 14.87 € (18.59 €). Not receiving rewards and The 8% refund for the purchases.

    I havent been recieving any of the xbox quest rewards for the past 3 month

    please help me i am not recieving any of the rewards after going all the xbox love quests on xbox one. I havent been recieving anything at all please help me. I have done all the quests and waited for months with no rewards.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to an issue affecting some of our preview program members, we delayed April payback. We have since resolved the issue, and you should expect these Credits shortly. However, keep in mind that pre-orders are not eligible
    for MyVIP, as specified in our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons,
    themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    So your pre-orders of Cities: Skylines and Little Nightmares will not award MyVIP payback.

    If you are a member of the xbox live rewards program and are a gold member of xbox live, you can send them a link found on your rewards refer page that your friend can use to sign up for xbox live gold, for this you will both recieve a reward for refering
    stated on the rewards website. If this doesn't solve your problem, could you specify more about what your issue involves
