    Not recieving Xbox live code


    I have redeemed Microsoft rewards points for Xbox live gold membership twice and did not received the redemption code either time. Please help me resolve this problem.

    I cannot download the most recent update for Xbox Live and keep recieving this error. Can someone please explain what this is as it does not seem to appear anywhere on the forums and in the generic xbox support error codes section

    Pretty sweet of them! I've been wanting to play this game too!

    Not recieving Xbox live code

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    Ok, i just recieved my code, but it say it's for xbox 360 not xbox one in the descriptiin as it says, from the message i recieved from Xbox Live.

    I'm not being picky, and i know i can possibly download the 360 version, but honestly i prefer the Xbox One version.
