    I have been a Rewards member since 2015 and I still have not received any type of rewards for all my purchases and achievments. I just want to know the issue so I can be properly rewarded by the program.

    I havent been recieving any of the xbox quest rewards for the past 3 month

    please help me i am not recieving any of the rewards after going all the xbox love quests on xbox one. I havent been recieving anything at all please help me. I have done all the quests and waited for months with no rewards.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Achievements will only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). Since none of your purchases
    have completed any offers, you have not earned Credits in that method either. Since none of your achievements fulfilled any offers, you did not earn any Rewards.

    Furthermore, we see that you have received Credits in the past. Again, you can see a record of this from your MyRewards page, in the MyStatement section. For example, your last deposit on December 14th was spent on a purchase of Elder Scrolls online on January
    7th.

    In addition to everything the Smwutches said, it is important to also keep in mind that renewing xbox live is no longer eligible for rewards and purchasing subscriptions is not eligible for MyVip.

    As mentioned in one of your previous posts at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/58b1cb5f-25f1-4e87-80a2-ca9a4b259d7e), at the end of each year, we place you in your
    MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. We see that your end of year spending last year was about £140. This is beneath
    the £200 requirement for your first MyVIP star, so you were placed at a the default level at the beginning of this year. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at
    (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). Therefore, your purchases since your registration in October to the re-calibration in December did not award Credits since they did not qualify for either any offers or
    MyVIP.

    Additionally, since your spending this year (since December) is also beneath the amount required for a MyVIP star, your non-offer MyVIP eligible purchases have not awarded any Credits. Here is the FAQ entry on MyVIP eligibility:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV
    seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    So for example, your 12 month subscription, as Murphs mentions, would not qualify for MyVIP, and your subscription did not fulfill any offers, so it did not award any Credits.

    For a game related example, lets look at your Sherlock Holmes purchase on June 27th. Since that purchase was not eligible for any offers, it did not award any offer related Credits. Since the purchase was made without any MyVIP stars,
    it did not award MyVIP payback Credits. It did award progress toward your first MyVIP star.
