Not recieving reward points since July

There is no issue with your account. After reviewing your purchases, we see that your Rewarding is in order. Working from July, your purchase of Batman in August was part of the Summer Spotlight offer. However, since you cannot receive Credits for both an
offer and MyVIP, that purchase went towards the Summer Spotlight offer. From the FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?



In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or by getting a % back with a MyVIP Star Rank.

• To see current missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to
  see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!
• To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a % back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyVIP page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month based on your
  qualifying purchases from the previous month.

In addition to Rewards Credits, Xbox Live Rewards treats you like the star you are with a wide range of exclusive opportunities you won’t find anywhere else:

• MyVIP Perks give you special opportunities for milestones like your birthday and Xbox Live Rewards anniversary.
• Earn MyVIP Gems for increasing your Gamerscore, reaching a new MyAchievements tier, spending in the Xbox Store, or even clicking on an email.
• Trade in your gems in the MyVIP Vault for prizes we’ve picked just for our members.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for your % back on purchases with
your MyVIP Star Rank.



Regarding your Madden pre-order and consumable purchase, also from the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

However, that purchase did award one punch out of three required on the last Games on Demand offer. Moving on to your September purchases, also from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

Since it is not yet the 15th, we have not yet calculated September. However, keep in mind the MyVIP eligibility, so purchases like your VC in-game consumable would not be Rewarded by MyVIP.

I have purchased stuff within promotions and I have not been awarded myvip points . according to your rewards website you can still earn points from playing free games . I think you need to update this if the rewards have stopped since 1st july 2014 as your
website states othwerwise .

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). Since none of your purchases
have completed any offers, you have not earned Credits in that method either. Since none of your achievements fulfilled any offers, you did not earn any Rewards.

Furthermore, we see that you have received Credits in the past. Again, you can see a record of this from your MyRewards page, in the MyStatement section. For example, your last deposit on December 14th was spent on a purchase of Elder Scrolls online on January
7th.

In addition to everything the Smwutches said, it is important to also keep in mind that renewing xbox live is no longer eligible for rewards and purchasing subscriptions is not eligible for MyVip.
