    Not recieving reward points since July


    Hello,

    I have not received any points since July 12 2017. I have made many purchases of games, movies, and add ons since July. I used to receive points monthly, but since July I have not received anything. Please let me know how we can fix this issue.

    Xbox live rewards point not received on my player account !

    I haven't received rewards points on my player account since july : 460 points waiting on the rewards program, but not transfered on my xbox !!!

    The xbox live rewards seem a big mistake !!! No one to help me ?!

    Hello Mathchampshark,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). Since none of your purchases
    have completed any offers, you have not earned Credits in that method either. Since none of your achievements fulfilled any offers, you did not earn any Rewards.

    Furthermore, we see that you have received Credits in the past. Again, you can see a record of this from your MyRewards page, in the MyStatement section. For example, your last deposit on December 14th was spent on a purchase of Elder Scrolls online on January
    7th.

    There is no issue with your account. After reviewing your purchases, we see that your Rewarding is in order. Working from July, your purchase of Batman in August was part of the Summer Spotlight offer. However, since you cannot receive Credits for both an
    offer and MyVIP, that purchase went towards the Summer Spotlight offer. From the FAQ:

    What type of Rewards can I earn?



    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or by getting a % back with a MyVIP Star Rank.


    • To see current missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to

    I have purchased stuff within promotions and I have not been awarded myvip points . according to your rewards website you can still earn points from playing free games . I think you need to update this if the rewards have stopped since 1st july 2014 as your
    website states othwerwise .

    In addition to everything the Smwutches said, it is important to also keep in mind that renewing xbox live is no longer eligible for rewards and purchasing subscriptions is not eligible for MyVip.
