not recieving promotions from mixer

Discus and support not recieving promotions from mixer in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; i did the videogame awards nothing. i also did another event this summer and got nothing for that one too it was some european event too nothing again...     I received a promotion to get Xbox live at a reduced price and it came with the incentive of getting a GTA V shark card. It has been 2-3 days and I still haven't received my incentive promotion. It told me I would receive it in a message but I still haven't receive
    it yet.

    Hey Flava!

    We were able to determine that the account you are posting from has already received the TGA Mixpot rewards. If you had previously owned some of the content, you wouldn't have received that content again. Check your 'Ready to install' list for Goat Simulator,
    Prestige Pack IV for Warframe (DLC), the E3 Race Suit for Forza, as well as the Halo Wars 2 Kinsano DLC.

    Let us know if you are able to find those items!

    Sometimes Xbox gives you a free $5 or $10 xbox gift card. In the last 2 years I have recieved $10 gift card from Microsoft via Xbox Live messages. And sometimes developers have promotions where they give out in game credits. For example, you can be enter
    to win Apex credit from watching certain streams on MiXer.

    However, i doubt they recieved 7560 free credit pack. Rainbow Six Siege charges $10 for 1200 in game credit. Also, from google it seems like Microsoft was founded on April 4, 1975. So I am thinking that would be Microsoft birthday.
