    I received a promotion to get Xbox live at a reduced price and it came with the incentive of getting a GTA V shark card. It has been 2-3 days and I still haven't received my incentive promotion. It told me I would receive it in a message but I still haven't receive
    it yet.

    Hey Flava!

    We were able to determine that the account you are posting from has already received the TGA Mixpot rewards. If you had previously owned some of the content, you wouldn't have received that content again. Check your 'Ready to install' list for Goat Simulator,
    Prestige Pack IV for Warframe (DLC), the E3 Race Suit for Forza, as well as the Halo Wars 2 Kinsano DLC.

    Let us know if you are able to find those items!

    As ngocphi stated above, if you purchased an Xbox Live Gold membership with a credit or debit card, it will take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your code. If it has been over 6 weeks, be sure to let us know. Thanks!

    A prepaid code or a credircard if prepaid code that would. Be why

    You need for buy the promotion

    Prepaid codes are set terms when you're purchased it from the retailer not the time you entered it

    So it counts as a previous purchase

    If credit card you must wait 6-8 weeks for the code and also you cant cancel the membership till after you received it
