    Not recieving myVIP rewards


    Hello,

    I just noticed that I haven't been receiving myVIP rewards since 2017/01. I'm still an Xbox Live Gold Member and I am receiving the credits for surveys.

    I havent been recieving any of the xbox quest rewards for the past 3 month

    please help me i am not recieving any of the rewards after going all the xbox love quests on xbox one. I havent been recieving anything at all please help me. I have done all the quests and waited for months with no rewards.

    Not recieving myVIP rewards

    Are you aware that Myvip reset on January 1st, 2017 as part of the yearly reset? If you have not received MyVip since then my guess is you were not aware of that change. If you do still have at least 1 star after the reset then the staff will have to check
    to see why there has not been a deposit.

    The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    Thanks for the information--I was not aware of the change in the MyVIP reset. Still, I'm currently indicated as being two stars and yet there haven't been any deposits since January (for 2016 December).

    Since your purchases in February (XOXO Rewards) and March (Simply Rewarding) went towards offers, they did not award MyVIP payback. From our FAQ:

    What type of Rewards can I earn?

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
    missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

    To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
    based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

    Regarding payback for April purchases, apologies for the confusion. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are
    appropriately Rewarded. Once we can confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account.

    From the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?

    You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
    this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    Your 556 Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards Points when you are fully transitioned into Microsoft Rewards.
