    Not Recieving Microsoft/Xbox Rewards Emails or Prizes, etc.


    Hello! Looking to get help with correcting my Microsoft/Xbox Rewards accounts so I can be notified about it via email. I signed up a long time ago, I just have had many email changes in the past and I assume it was affected by it. I'm a VIP so I feel like
    I've missed out on a lot. I only use one email now and my account is updated with it. Thank you to anyone who can help me correct this!

    We did not find any prizes for your email address. Did you use a different email than your usual Xbox Live Rewards email for Vault prizes?

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website. Since your region was transitioned
    out of the Xbox Live Rewards program before this prize was available in the vault, this card and email was likely not from our program.

    We see that you just recently updated your email yesterday. Since it takes us up to 96 hours to receive new information, you may receive emails at your old address for a few more days. However, we see that this email you have recently updated to matches
    your one email on your account, so you should expect to start receiving Xbox Live Rewards emails to your newly updated address.

    Hello. you should specify whether it's the rewards on this page or the rewards on this page. if they're the ones on these pages, you unlock them by levels or goals. you can see it on the dashboard and you get an email with the prizes. if they're microsoft
    rewards you can see them in the app or in your microsoft account. here you reach a few points that you then redeem for prizes. I hope I've been helpful
