not recieving credits in xbox live credits

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). Since you have not completed
any offers with your purchases, you have not earned offer completion Credits, either. Regarding Game Pass, as a subscription, it is neither eligible for MyVIP, and is not a part of any offers that award Credits.

Sometimes Xbox gives you a free $5 or $10 xbox gift card. In the last 2 years I have recieved $10 gift card from Microsoft via Xbox Live messages. And sometimes developers have promotions where they give out in game credits. For example, you can be enter
to win Apex credit from watching certain streams on MiXer.

However, i doubt they recieved 7560 free credit pack. Rainbow Six Siege charges $10 for 1200 in game credit. Also, from google it seems like Microsoft was founded on April 4, 1975. So I am thinking that would be Microsoft birthday.

I live in canada and got the promo on my dashboard, I heard around that Canada was included in the promo so I went ahead and bought an XBOX ONE. I recieved my $75 credit yesterday.

Which offer are you looking for credits from? If it's the Ghost Recon offer, keep in mind that credits for that offer will show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchased a physical disc from microsoftstore.com

i bouhgt the Standard edition so i should be getting 10,000 credits

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

The Credits for completing that portion of the offer were placed as pending yesterday. For reference, a log of your Credits can be found in the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page.
