    Hi I was wondering why after several purchases and the 96 hours wait time for the credits to deposit into my account. they still have yet to show up almost a month later.

    Warrior Rewards did not process

    Hello Toasty Bonezz,

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. We do not see a purchase of Deadliest Warrior at the current time. If you just recently made that purchase, you will have to wait for that purchase to be processed, as noted in our FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed. We have just received your purchase on the 11th, and are processing that purchase. At the current time we have still not received a fourth series purchase. This is why you have not yet completed the offer.
    As mentioned in our FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Were the purchases for a specific promotion or were they MyVip purchases? If they were for MyVip those are calculated at the end of the month (Feb 28th) and deposited around the middle of the following month (March 12th-15th). If they are purchases for a
    specific promotion then a staff member will have to review your account. Keep in mind for promotions such as the Games on Demand promo that you do not receive the credits until all 3 eligible purchases have been released.

    The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on weekends.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. Since your last two purchases were made yesterday, they have not yet been processed to progress that offer. This is why our FAQ states a 96 hour waiting period:
