    Not recieving code after switching digital copy for physical copy of Halo 5 Limited Edition


    I Bought Halo 5 Guardians Limited Edition when it first came out in Augustus 2015. I was one of the original customers that was able to switch my digital game for a physical copy. But in doing so I did not receive my code for Halo: The Fall of Reach Animated
    Series. I did not noticed it until this month when I was going over my games and noticed the animated series was not downloaded. When I tried downloading it, it show I needed to buy it. So I did not get the animated series for free with the new game code when
    I got the physical copy. Can someone please help.

    Halo 5 Physical Copy

    Yeah they said you can trade the Halo 5 X1 digital copy for the physical copy. They told me its not a Limited Edition, but I have all the Limited Edition stuff but its not a Limited Edition.

    Hi there! you're right, I preorder a physical copy of the game, only because here in italy we cannot buy the limited edition in shops like Gamestop ecc.. so the only way to have it must be ebay or amazon.

    The animated series was not a code that was sent out to customers who traded their Halo 5 digital codes to receive the disc, nor do we have access to additional Halo: The Fall of Reach Animated Series codes to provide. Since the Halo 5: Guardians
    Limited Collector’s Edition Disc Exchange Program ended November 1, 2015;
    we are unfortunately unable to further assist with this program.

    Sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused.

    be eligible, the following must be true:

    You have received your Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians.

    You have not redeemed the code for the digital version of Halo 5: Guardians.

    Fyi the reason they are doing this is because you got a prepaid to predownload it with the collectors edition rather then a disk

    The limited edition is a disk copy vs the collectors was a code with physical items like the guardian etc
