Not recieving any credits on MyRewards

Hello, i have recently bought an game on xbox store. And i noticed that i have never gotten any credits of it as i purchased more games in the past. So i contacted a support who told me to post the problem here so someone could help me, he also said that
when he looked up my account it said NOT FOUND. And i know that i registred into MyRewards as i already transfered about 1000 credits into 1$ in balance. So now i am wondering why i never recieve credits from surveys, digital purchases and bonus for being
xbox live user for 6+ months. I have purchased a lot of games already and did few surveys. So i could use some help here :/. Any help is appreciated!

Problem with MyRewards

I'm having an issue recieving my credits and im not sure whats wrong. I currently have to billing info on my microsoft account, one for GB which is the same as MyRewards. And another which is US. Is this what's causing the problem? if so im not sure how
as i still have the GB billing info for MyRewards to use. Please explain.

i have not been recieving any credits for any purchases made. or for game pass

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Microsoft support does not handle the Xbox Live Rewards program. We see that you have a Xbox Live Rewards account, but you are registered into the US region. Therefore, only purchases in USD will be eligible for our program.
