not recieved reward credits

i clicked to recieve ;

MyVIP Vault 5,000 Rewards Credits x2

but i havnt recieved them why not?

i've waited 7 days now -whats going on -wheres my credit?

Missing credits

I redeemed gems I had earned on Xbox Live Rewards for 10000 rewards credits, 5000 rewards credits, a Forza outfit and a Gwent background. I recieved the outfit and background but never recieved the credits.

Hi, I redeemed reward credits with my gems on Xbox Live rewards but not recieved the credits, They are not pending, I tweeted Xbox live rewards on twitter and they sent me here.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits.

So what are the gems? As in the email it states that they will be transferred across to microsoft reward credits. I thought it had some affect on the rewards I recieve?

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

The Credits for completing that portion of the offer were placed as pending yesterday. For reference, a log of your Credits can be found in the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check into it for you.

ah right okay, didn't realize no credits for being gold. As for the rest, no specific offer just wasn't sure if all was working okay. New account isn't a star VIP yet.
