    I have not recieved the points for buy a game in the summer spotlight the game is called Shining resonance refrain.

    Contact microsoft support told to post here for ambassador to help

    Missing reward points

    I bought 5 games and a season pass last month 2 of the games were included in the summer spotlight wich got me 4k reward points the other 3 games and season pass I have not recieved reward points for wich is priced over £100 I am vip star 5 and a gold member
    so should be receiving 10% on the 3 games and season pass but recieved no reward points for them

    Missing Rewards

    Hello,

    I have not recieved my 4000 rewards points for yhe summer spotlight promotion despite having bought the 59.99 edition of Fortnight.

    I have also yet to recieve the 15,000 rewards points for preordering 3 games. I preordered and purchased Agemts of Mayhem, Shadow of War, and Destiny 2.

    Please rectify this as soon as possible.

    Im afraid support gave you incorrect information. Ambassadors are regular gamers like your self. Can I ask when you made the purchase towards the promotion as sometimes points are not added until after the promotion ends
