    Not recieved Halloween game pass rewards


    I completed the Xbox game pass Halloween challenge around a week ago, Unfortunately i have received no mystery gift, i am very disappointed in this due to the fact these are games i would never usually play but gave them a go just for the sake of the mystery
    gift which i have not got anyway, Please help with this.

    Missing reward points

    I bought 5 games and a season pass last month 2 of the games were included in the summer spotlight wich got me 4k reward points the other 3 games and season pass I have not recieved reward points for wich is priced over £100 I am vip star 5 and a gold member
    so should be receiving 10% on the 3 games and season pass but recieved no reward points for them

    Frightfully fun Game pass rewards

    have the game pass rewards even given out yet for the frightfully fun pass because I got more then one achievement in 6 frightfully games and haven’t recieved rewards yet ???

    Generally the rewards can show up anytime before the end of the month, there's no way to expedite it or know when exactly they will make their way to you. If you're not seeing it by the end of the month, please create a new post
    so we can take a closer look.

    It is interesting to note that the US have a special Halloween deal going on called Halloween Shocktober, if you buy any deemed halloween content from the marketplace you can get an MSP reward....interesting that we dont have it on ours
