    On black Friday I ordered the one terabyte xbox one s with the gears of war bundle, because of the day there was also another game and a 25 dollar store credit promised. When the bundle was shipped I received all except the game ( I chose watchdogs) and
    the 25 dollar store credit, how can I acquire these promised items?

    No rewards issued for pre-order of TF2

    Have not recieved Fallout 3 code! Please help

    Hey, i just recently pre ordered my digital copy of Fallout 4, via Xbox in-game store on my Xbox One and was promised a Fallout 3 code as a bonus within 7-10 days. But i have not recieved anything of the sort. It has been 11 days thus far. Can anyone please

    Did not recieve the Rewards credit for that was promised if I did the Rewards mission.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.
