    Not recieved Flintlock Pistol by watching Mixpot stream.


    Hello there, I watched the stream for the flintlock pistol. I still have not yet recieved it, however I did recieve the founders sails for my account.

    I did change my gamertag after watching the stream, does that affect it in any way? My previous gamertag, and also the one I watched the stream with, was .

    I later changed it to PhonesMcBones.

    My account is linked to my mixer app and it is that one I used to watch the stream with.

    Flintlock Pistol Went to Wrong Microsoft Account

    Hi there Kay Wh0, thanks for reaching out.

    To clarify, the Ebon Flintlock pistol would have been sent to the Microsoft/Xbox account that you linked your Mixer account to and watched one of the qualifying Mixpot streams for on Mixer.

    If you received the pistol on that account, it indicates that is the account you were signed into when you watched the stream.

    Codes for the Ebon Flintlock pistol were provided to Microsoft accounts that were linked to a Mixer account that was logged as watching one of the qualifying Mixpot streams for that content.

    In this case, if you redeemed a code for that content on a separate account, we're afraid we wouldn't be able to provide a new code in this instance.

    I am one of many who are missing the ebony flintlock. I watched the stream 3 minutes before it went live and i signed off and in to make sure that my linked MS account were signed in and i watched the whole stream to the end. I hope you guys will figure
    it out so all people will get the pistol very soon.
