Not receving points for the mission "Reward yourself by pre ordering now"

Hello,

I am seeking some help with receiving my reward points. I have successfully completed the punchcard for the pre-order mission that is supposed to reward 15,000 points. However, the third mark of the punchcard is still greyed out, despite the fact that I
have pre-ordered three games off the list. All of these games have released and it has been well over 96 hours since release, yet still no reward points.

Here are my recent pre-orders which all qualify for the offer:

I did not receive points for Reward yourself by pre-ordering NOW offer on the My Missions page after I preordered three games before release.

Problem oh a mission

Hello, I had a problem in the mission "Reward yourself by pre-ordering NOW", I completed the mission, but it is stated that only one of the games has been validated, I would like the problem to be solved

There's even a specific mission related to pre-orders right now for Gems and a 15,000 point bonus: https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/games-on-demand/

I have seen the staff posting that there was some back-end issue causing delay's for the Resident Evil 7 purchases in the last Games on Demand Cycle. The staff will review your account and reply to you here.

It will take them 1-2 business days to reply to your post and they do not work weekends. You likely will not hear from them until Monday or Tuesday.
