    Not receiving xbox rewards


    I have about 13 dollars in xbox rewards. However, I try to deposit them and it keeps saying my account needs updating. I tried updating all my payment information and account information. I contact support and they can't really help me. I would like to use
    my rewards that I have. Any help would be appreciated.

    Not receiving Xbox rewards.

    Hello

    After speaking to "Rothee" on Live chat he has told me I need to post this here, and will have my issue resolved in 24 hours. (Reference number: 1213419229)

    Today when my friend received his rewards from the rewards scheme, I was a little concerned I hadn't received anything. and looking at my rewards page, I haven't for a long time. My last points from this are:

    Nothing apart from a birthday reward since 28th February. Assuming a 28 day turnover, this means I have been rewarded for nothing I have purchased since 1st February.

    Since then I have purchased:

    Doritos Crash course: City Lights: 160p. The Most Addicting Sheep Game: 80p. GRID: £2.69. Xbox Live Gold: £39.99. Coin pack (Crash Course 2): 80p. Fable 3 5 Star Dog: 80p. Apple Jack: 80p. XCOM Enemy Unknown: 1760p. GTA 4: 1040p. GTA4 TBOGT: 800p.
    Getting Busy Bonus Pack: 400p. Agents of Change: 400p. LA Noire Rockstar Pass: 960p. GRID 8 Ball Pack: 400p. GTA IV TL&D: 400p. Totaling 6640 Microsoft Points. & £42.68.

    When I check my rewards page, it asks me to upgrade to gold, and states I have 0 points pending for all of these purchases? Rothee has confirmed this shouldn't be this way, and needs fixing. Please can you look into this for me & Debit the points to
    my account as soon as possible.

    I wish live support had given me that link rather than telling me to post here then... This is really getting irritating.

    Which Microsoft Rewards are you referring to? I live in Brazil and I am able to exchange the points received for the XBOX rewards I earn on Quests made in games, but I never received a physical reward.

    It's not fare

    The Xbox Live Reward program only rewards users for making purchases, and when they make purchases it takes at least 1 cycle to receive rewards. If your friend only joined yesterday he was not rewarded from the Xbox Live Program. He could have received it
    from the Microsoft/Bing Reward program (separate) or from Sales/Promotions (separate).

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
    gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

    Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.
