Not receiving xbox quest reward

I've already completed all the steps for the Xbox quest this month (log in 10 different days, play fortnite for 30min on 5 different days, and download 2 free games with gold) but I haven't received the reward or any notification that I've completed the
quest (usually get a message from xbox live saying I've completed it). I've received rewards before for completing the quests (such as a free month of xbox live) but I'm not getting a reward this time

Same. Received my Game Pass quest reward, not the Xbox Live Gold reward though.

Since that's part of Xbox Quests and not the Rewards program, Rewards support will not be able to assist. Keep in mind that prizes from quests are given within the following month. So if that is the quest for December, you will receive the prizes in January.
If you don't receive anything by the end of January, you will need to post in the sales and promotions forum.

Hi, I believe that the conditions for these quests have stated that you should receive the reward within the following month after completion. As such, if the quest was an August quest, the reward should arrive sometime during September. If you haven't
received the reward by the end of the month, I'd advise posting in the "Sales and Promotions" subsection of the Xbox section of these forums so that the proper support staff can assist.
