    Been trying to cash in my rewards points and nothing happens. Its been over a week since I last requested a deposit. I requested another today...

    My account has not updated in years

    I have been an xbox live rewards member for years and have made many purchases but I am not receiving any rewards

    I noticed I'm not receiving rewards for my achievements or for renewing my Xbox live gold please help

    For help with the Rewards program, It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Your credits should be deposited on the 26th though.
