I preordered Gears of War 4 and I have not received 10000 credits at the end of 2016.

I preordered Gears of War 4 ultimate edition the 25 april 2016. I contacted the Xbox support last September and they told me that it was on that date that it started to get the reward of 10000 credits

I didn't recieve my reward credits for gears of war 4

I got an email about receiving a reward credit of 15000 points if I preordered a digital copy of gears of war 4 ultimate edition. I did not get those pints.

Missing Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition preorder credits

There was a promo running where if you preordered Gears of War 4 before the end of September you would receive rewards credits in return. I preordered the Ultimate Edition (which was worth 10,000 credits) on September 27th. I have yet to receive the credits.

Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).

You must have played Gears Of War: Ultimate Edition before December 31st to receive the previous Gears titles.

I just preordered Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition, And saw I would get the whole gears of war collection, How come? can anyone help me out please, cause one of the main reasons I preordered it was because of getting the older games aswell!
