    Not receiving VIP percentage back off any purchases since July


    hi there, basically since July I have not received any reward credits for purchases I have made, which I have made a lot of. The only reason I can think of could be something to do with the fact that Xbox support had to transfer my entire account over to
    this account after a hacking attempt on my account. I just want my reward credits ASAP because I’m sure I’m owed quite a lot of them.

    Never received awards

    Hi All,.

    I make all my purchases of games through the online store, and checking the rewards program FAQ; I'm a VIP 2* and should be receiving a percentage of my purchases back.

    And ideas why this isnt happening?

    No Change to VIP or Pending Credits After Purchase

    I preordered and completed a purchase of Injustice 2 and have not received any change to My VIP percentage or any pending rewards credits based on the My VIP rank.

    Hi X DarKRevivaL X. We've reviewed your account and it is working properly. Your purchases made in July went towards the FREEdom Rewards Free Pass offer. You needed to spend £24 on qualifying items in order to earn Rewards Credits. Your purchases made in
    September were pre-orders therefore did not qualify for MyVIP payback. We do see purchases made in October. MyVIP payback is calculated at the end of the month and awarded by the 15th of the following month. In-game consumable purchases do not qualify for
    the program.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    As far as the purchases, are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to
    receive VIP rebates.

    mind that subscription, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
