Not receiving verification code from Mocrosoft via SMS

Hello. I have been trying to verify my microsoft account. But it asks for a code which should be send to my phone number via SMS. Im not receiving any kind of code from microsoft. Cannot add alternative email or phone number because it asks to verify which i cannot without the code. Is there any solution?

Already tried but still cant change my current phone number or add an alternative email. Because its asking for verification and im not receiving any code

Please check phone settings. Make sure that your phone is not blocking messages from unknown senders.

Kindly restart your phone as well in order for it to refresh.

And then please re-send the code a few times because there can be a delay in receiving the SMS.

Next is to use an alternate method. If you see an option to send the verification code via email or the Microsoft Authenticator app you may choose it.
