    Not receiving V-Bucks in Fortnite


    So on the 4/12/2018 I paid £10 into my son's account for him to purchase in-game currency for Fortnite. My order history shows they took the payment but when loading the game we get an error: Failed to retrieve valid XTokens. We had tried signing out and
    back in, turning off the console but still the same message and no V-Bucks in the account.

    We waited over 24 hours and still nothing so we requested a refund (thought maybe with the new season 7 approaching there may be a glitch in the system) and it was back in the account today. Today I tried it again and again we are hit with the same error
    message. Is this something we are doing wrong or is it on their side. I have contacted Epic Games about this but my understanding is that they aren't so quick to reply.

    Anyone having the same issue or shed any light on this?

    Hey,

    Fortnite uses it's own virtual currency named V-Bucks.

    You should be able to purchase V-Bucks with your Xbox currency and with those V-Bucks purchase in-game items on Fortnite.
