not receiving the season pass content from gold edition

so i just got the game and bought the gold edition(digital) but it seems like i didn't get any of the operators, skins, etc....

so i really want to ask for help as to how to fix this please...

Anyone elses season pass not downloaded from the digital Gold Edition?

 

Division Gold Edition - boxed game download code not working

Hi all,

I purchased a boxed version of the Gold Edition of Division, that includes a code to download the additional content, season pass, outfits. I have installed the game from disc, went to redeem my DLC code and it just gives the error "Something went wrong,
please try again later" as if the said content cannot be found. Have tried using the code from XB1 Dashboard, and from Xbox Store link from the Division main menu, same result as above.

Looking on the Xbox Store - there is a Gold Edition listed, but this bundle includes the base game along with season pass and outfits. I presume that this code is just for the Season Pass + Outfits as an add-on to the base game, why is the store having issues
redeeming this? Post the supposed fix/update to the rewards vendor by Ubi, the included Gold Edition items aren't there for me.

I understand that there's an ongoing issue with Xbox One versions of The Division and accessing add on/gold edition/extra content, just frustrating that the suppled code still will not redeem four days after release. Thanks all

 

have you tried going to the manage game screen? I have just downloaded the complete edition and had to download my "complete ticket" through the manage game screen, a small 9.5mb file which enabled all content save for some R6 credits.
