    Not receiving the Microsoft Points for purchases.


    I have made several purchases through the online Microsoft Store over the last couple months and the purchases are showing up on my account but I have not received the Microsoft Points for them. What can we do about it?

    Have made Microsoft Store purchases but have not received points?

    I have made microsoft store purchases but I havent been receiving any points for any of the memberships or games that i have bought. Any Help?

    Not receiving the Microsoft Points for purchases.

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. If you're referring to Microsoft Rewards points, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    If you're referring to Xbox Rewards credits, are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level
    in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Canada is no longer part of the Rewards program as of September 30th. Members who did not opt out of the program and did not disable email communications with us were migrated over to Microsoft Rewards. The last deposit made to your Microsoft account with your
    remaining pending Credits was on October 11th. As Smwutches states, you'll need to connect with Microsoft Rewards support.

    I'm not sure if there is currently an offer to receive points for that purchase, but you would need to check the Microsoft Rewards app on the console. Usually if there is an offer to receive points for a specific game, it's part of a punchcard and you have to activate the punchcard before the purchase to get the points.
