Not receiving rewrds for 20k point offer for destiny 2.

I'm currently trying to Get the 20000 points for having destiny 2 and the destiny 2 expansion pass, I have both already but it won't check off the boxes so I can't receive my rewards.

Not receiving credit for purchaes

Hi,

I've noticed that recently I've not been receiving rewards credit for purchaes made. I've purchased 2 games (Life is Strange pt.1 and Destiny 2) but the only points showing up in my account relate to the survey.

Any ideas?

 

"destiny punch card" 20K reward not working

So I saw this 20k reward points deal on xbox rewards called "Destiny punch Card" the 3 requirements to get it is

1. do the quiz

2.buy a digital copy of the game destiny 2

3. buy the expansion pass digitally

I do have the expansion pass and the game both digital and already did the quiz. yet its not completed. #1-2 are "not completed" and it wants me to buy both again!

please help

 

For help with the Microsoft rewards program you would need to contact their custoner support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards Program is not the same.
