    Not receiving rewards points for gold renewal


    I have only received my renewal rewards once in 2014. I have been on auto renew for well over a decade. Can I please get my back points etc?

    Haven't Received 12-Month subscription Bonus on XBox Rewards.

    I've been hearing problems with the Xbox Live Rewards and I recently noticed that I had not received points for renewing for the year.

    I had renewed my XBox Live Gold Membership back in March, 2013. I have reviewed my points received and noticed I did get 10 Reward Points. However as stated on XBox Live Rewards website, 10 Reward Points is equivalent to a 1-Month Renewal. 200 Reward Points
    would have been the proper amount for my 12-Month Renewal.

    I was wondering why its not giving me the Rewards promised and if I was ever going to be receiving these points.

    Haven't received the 100 MP for renewing 1st gold membership.

    For help with the Rewards program, you would need to post in the forum Hassassinade posted. However, if you used a prepaid code, that is why you are not receiving the 100 points. The 1st purchase/renewal of gold is for an online subscription only. Meaning,
    you have to purchase the gold directly from Xbox.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    MISSING REWARDS

    For support with the rewards program you need to post here forums.xbox.com/.../29.aspx

    As far as not receiving the points for renewing Gold, they will not show up until your membership was supposed to end.

    Example: You renew today, Gold ends in tomorrow, you will receive those points in a few days.

    You renew today Gold expires in September, you wont get those points until September.

    Hello there!

    If you are reffering to receiving the 200 points for renewing your Gold Membership for 12 more months through
    Xbox LIVE Rewards, then you can buy it from the Xbox or the Computer. Either way, you will receive your 200 points on the next rewards cycle. :)

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
    gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

    Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.
