Not receiving rewards for purchase made on xbox one

I have a rewards account but I'm not receiving points for the purchases I'm making on my xbox one. I've the rewards for over a year and have not received points for the things I have bought through the xbox store.

Not Receiving Rewards For Purchases

Hello,

I have not been receiving rewards for any purchases I have made through the xbox store. This appears to be for the lifetime of my account. Can someone help?

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Hello Uptown Africa,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). After earning your first
star from our VIP Boost offer back in February, you have not made any Credit eligible purchases. For example, your consumable purchase on June 11th was neither eligible for any offers or for MyVIP.

Hello uneasierdrake96,

Your purchase of Titanfall 2 was made before your registration date. We cannot Reward purchases made outside of the Rewards program. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was made in October, and therefore did not receive any progress, as it was a pre-order.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Since one of your Warframe purchases was only made yesterday, we have not received that purchase. It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information.

We do not see $70 in purchases this month. We only see one purchase of 15.99 made this month. That purchase went towards the Simply Rewarding offer. If you have just recently made a purchase, keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process
new information.
