Not receiving rewards for at least 2 yrs

hi, I just looked into my Xbox rewards acct to see where I'm at and it says I've been a member since 2014 but am a rookie buyer with 0 points. Which confuses me since I pay for my ea access subscription threw the Xbox store, pre ordered madden 18 and purchased
at least $400 of content for madden 18 threw the Xbox store and I also have the gold monthly subscription three the store. And I realized looking into this that it's been at least 2 yrs maybe more since I've gotten rewards. I did get $2 on august 30th but
with all the purchases and everything I should be getting more from my rewards program than $2 every 5 yrs or something

Not getting rewards

Not receiving or registering my progress in Xbox rewards from freedom rewards I already spent at least 10 hours on at least one game and not showing up on my mission.... I already done this mission every month in past and I am already opted in

 

Rewards for the download and play an Xbox game pass game

Just wanted to see when/if we'll be receiving the rewards for September's download and play between 1-5 plays game pass games for at least 30 minutes for different awards?

 

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards
VIP.

Preordering Madden would have counted towards the games on demand punchcard. You would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive credits.

There are no offers to receive credits for EA Access

 

It says on the Microsoft rewards FAQ in most game purchases and your Xbox live subscription go towards rewards. just did the math and I've spent over $6,000 in the Xbox store, while some of these purchases may not be eligible you can't tell me that since
I've signed up receiving $38.05 of rewards is justified. Why would I not be a 1 star? That doesn't make sense. If this is the customer service I'll receive when I spend a lot for one individual customer on this company I will be finding another gaming platform.
There was no 1 star or any of that crap when I signed up in 2014 and to receive $38 of credits on 6k worth of purchase is ridiculous.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

You refer to the Microsoft Rewards FAQ. However, Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are two separate programs. If you have any questions about the Microsoft Rewards program, you should contact their support team via the support link on the Microsoft
Rewards website. As previously mentioned, subscriptions, in-game consumables, and pre-orders are not eligible for Rewards, as specified in our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.
