I have met the conditions for species 2 and 3 on this month's obsessious missions, but have not seen any updates.

Not receiving reward credits

over the last year I've only received 1,000 credits even after buying multiple games and pre ordering a few too.

Need some help with this.

Hello THEreenigne,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
Since your purchases have been pre-orders, which are not eligible for MyVIP, and these pre-orders did not apply for any offers, they have not awarded any Credits. The 15,000 Credit per game offer is only for physical disc purchases off of MicrosoftStore.com.
I have reviewed your purchases and can confirm our reporting of them is accurate.

Keep in mind that in order to qualify and complete the First Time Purchase offer, you must use your Microsoft Account as your payment method. Since you have not used currency from your Microsoft Account to pay for a transaction, you have not been awarded
the 1250 Credits for that offer.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined why this occurred, and have corrected the issue. You should see proper recognition for both these offers shortly.

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
Rewards support will have to look into it.

Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.

Gamerscore is not the same as Rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be used to make purchases. In order to receive rewards credits, you need to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.
