    Not receiving rewards credits for Summer Spotlight


    Hi, I purchased two qualifying $20 games, Mega Man Legacy Collection Vol. 2 and Sonic Mania, which add up to a total of $40, yet I did not receive the 4,000 rewards credits. MMLCV2 was purchased on August 8th, and Sonic Mania was purchased on August 15th--both
    were purchased through the Summer Spotlight page. Any idea why it's taking so long for my points to deposit?

    The Credits for that offer are currently pending in your account. For future reference, you can see a complete log of all your Credit and deposit activity from the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page. We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000
    or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards
    page.

    The summer spotlight offer is not eligible in your region. Please be sure to browse the Rewards website in your region's locale in order to only see offers for your Rewards region. You can select your locale from the bottom left of the Rewards website.

    This is the discussion forum and is not monitored by the staff, you will want to re-post and change the forum type to support. Once you do that the staff will respond in 1-2 business days.

    However, the answer is we are not retroactively rewarded to promotions, just like items can go on sale at the store after you pay full price. The pre-order list is updated quarterly, so that went up prior to E3 announcements. The new list will go up October
    1st and it is POSSIBLE it will be updated with additional titles although that is a rare occurrence, and they will not make an announcement in advance, only IF it happens. There really are not any big E3 titles that come out before the new pre-order promotion
    starts, only Forza 7 (9/28) that I can see. Everything else is October or later, which the new promo would start October 1st.
