Not Receiving Rewards Credits For Purchases

I signed up for Xbox live rewards in September, I have made a number of movie / tv purchases from my Xbox since then but the only rewards that have been credited to my account are for the monthly surveys that I have take.

im not receiving my xbox rewards credits for my purchases of movies on the microsoft movies and tv app or my 2 percent cash back

I don't think I'm receiving rewards for my digital purchases

I have been a reward member for quite some time, but I haven't accumulated many rewards. I don't think I'm receiving credit for all of my digital purchases. I could be wrong, but if I'm not, how can I correct this and can I get credit for everything I've
purchased but haven't received credit for? Thank you!

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Hello REDRUM113,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

Or, for non-offer purchases,

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits for your non-offer purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

Gamerscore is not the same as Rewards credits. It has no monetary value and cannot be used to make purchases. In order to receive rewards credits, you need to complete offers listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site.

Hello Cinderan,

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information. At the current time, we do not see a purchase of Fortnite, so it is too early to receive Credits for this purchase. This is mentioned in the FAQ for the offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed filling your progress bar, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There are no offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware.

Since you are not a Rewards Member, you are not eligible for any Rewards offers. This is why you did not receive Rewards Credits for that purchase.
