Not Receiving Rewards at all

Hello DrDynamite419,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
Since your recent promotion in September, I see you have begun receiving MyVIP payback for your eligible purchases. Please note that the total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your
account by the 15th of the following month, so it is too early to see Credits for any October purchases.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

In-game consumables are not eligible for credits unless there is a specific offer for them.

It can take up to 24 hours to receive the code once you redeem it. If you don't receive it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either give the option to resend the code or it will list the code there. If not, you'll want to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

We've noticed that multiple users were not included in the initial wave of reward distribution. In order to make sure that we've rewarded eligible users,
a second round of content has been distributed.



To verify that your reward has been received, check your
Order History while signed-in Account.microsoft.com.



Since all eligible users should now have received their reward, we have locked all MixPot related threads that were previously created. If you still have not received your MixPot reward, feel free to create a new thread.

As mentioned in the terms of the promotion, rewards for the October Game Pass promotion will be sent 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion. All eligible users who completed the steps should receive their rewards by 11/30/2017. Please be sure to post
a new thread if you do not receive any rewards by that date.
