    Not Receiving Rewards, Any support?


    Hello forum. Not sure if I will get assistance but here goes.

    I have been a member of Rewards for many years and things used to work. However since dating back to January 2016 I have not received points for anything expect (pointless) surveys.

    I have made around $450 worth of eligible preorders and purchases, completed several tasks for Battlefield 1, Overwatch and most recently purchases in World of Tanks under various promotions and have yet to receive any rewards points.

    Whats going on? Hopefully I can get some help, but if not...there is always Twitter.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    If you are asking about our program (Xbox Live Rewards), we see that your join by date and activity indicates that you may not be aware of current program changes, such as MyVIP, which began in 2014. Currently, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two
    ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.

    as of July 2014.

    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

  3. Not receiving any rewards

    not sure why but I'm not receiving any form of rewards on my Microsoft rewards account and have purchased a few games and DLC and have always really upped my Xbox Live.

    You will need to continue working with Rewards support in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. That forum and Twitter are the only places to receive support for the program.

    Please please could microsoft check up on the rewards program, its a bit of a running joke at the moment. i have not received any points and it is the same for a alot of people with the same robotic type response

    Microsoft does not run the rewards program. For any assistance you will need to wait for support in the Rewards forums.

    There are no offers to receive credits for earning achievements and they no longer have surveys every month, just every 2-3 months.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'd want to contact their customer support via their redemption page for assistance. They usually don't have any offers to award points for purchases of gold.

    For help with the Xbox Rewards program, you'd want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at
    least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
