Not receiving rewards and banned for defending against racism

So Halo brings out a Black history month skin and all the racists come out with derogatory comments in my defence as a Black Jamaican man I explain to educate don't hate as I'm old enough to know things like no blacks no Irish no dogs amongst other racism we experience and I get banned not the racists, then to further my issues I on a 26 week Xbox game pass streak and I haven't received the reward points started each week I have photo and video evidence of the ban the comments and the not receiving rewards issue but they haven't done nothing about it just take my money each month for a service which isn't provided them ban me and they'd no support or helpline the money I've spent on Xbox over the years you need to come better and sort this or I'm posting the footage emails message Tec everywhere from YouTube to twitch Instagram etc you had 26 weeks to do something I've been patience but after they banned me for speaking out against racism enough is enough

When you "defended yourself" did you do so in a way that could have broken the rules such as sending any sort of profanity in a message back to the racist? If you did then you can also be suspended.

Unfortunately it doesnt matter how a situation starts. If you respond with something that breaks the rules (which tends to happen when people are frustrated) then you can also be suspended. Thats why its best to not respond at all to their bait (they are literally baiting you into responding with something that breaks the rules just so they have a reason to report you) and simply block and report them. That way the only one being suspended is them and not you.

That being said the only people who deal with bans/suspensions are the enforcement team and the only way to reach them is from the enforcement team website by submitting a case review if eligible.

If you have an account ban you can view it at enforcement.xbox.com. If you have a console ban, you cannot appeal it. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

My sons xbox com ban was supposeed to be over yesterday and is active. Plus he was defending himself against

trash talkers.

Sorry to hear you had to go through this.

You cannot get reported for reporting someone, the one day ban you received will have to do with the message you sent to the other user as a reaction against his acts.

I can understand that you were trying to defend yourself, but you should have only reported the user,

That way you wouldn't have gotten a one day ban as the enforcement team would have taken action against him only.

The racism in the game puts things in perspective, against today's so-called racism. It also paints a message that it's bad, and not good to be racist. So people ought to relax and take it in context. Just like I did, as a Christian and a conservative, with
other themes/elements of the game.
