    Not receiving reward for FREEDOM REWARDS: warframe


    I have completed my 5 new warframe achievements already and have yet to obtain the option to claim my 75 platinum, only the option to download the game again. Even though I already have it installed. It has been past the 4 days as recommended wait time,
    but still no option to claim. So is there something I am doing wrong?

    I've completed a freedom mission but not able to collect the reward

    never got my reward for warfame

    i got 5 new achievement on warfram and completed the freedom. reward on January 28 and and never receive my reward

    There was an issue we resolved yesterday which caused a delay in processing. We see that your code for the platinum was assigned on the 19th, but due to this issue, we have not been able to process this new information on the website. You should see the
    token appear within the next few days. Apologies for the delay.

    The platinum is given via a redeemable code, and is not automatically Credited. You can find this code on the FREEdom Rewards mission page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/) in the Warframe
    section. There is a button there that takes you to the redemption page.

    The offer can be found from your MyMissions page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/). Click the FREEdom Rewards offer, and there is a link to the redemption page in the Warframe section for FREEdom
    Rewards. We have reviewed your account and confirmed that this link is there.
