Not receiving quest rewards

I have been completing the Xbox Quest every month for 5 months now (Nov '17-March '18), but have only received the rewards for November and December. Why did I not get my January and February consolation rewards?

thanks for getting back to me, I just received a message with a code for one month of gold, but am not sure if this is because of my forum post or as a reward for January?

I have since received the xbox quest reward for January, but not the game pass quest reward for January

Same. Received my Game Pass quest reward, not the Xbox Live Gold reward though.

Since that's part of Xbox Quests and not the Rewards program, Rewards support will not be able to assist. Keep in mind that prizes from quests are given within the following month. So if that is the quest for December, you will receive the prizes in January.
If you don't receive anything by the end of January, you will need to post in the sales and promotions forum.

Sorry that you haven't seen anything for the November quest. The rewards are given if you complete the three steps. I was able to complete the quest and received the free reward and, if you want to know, the reward is a code for a free rental of the Wonder
Woman movie. If you completed all three parts of the quest, you will receive the reward. Check your messages from Xbox Live in your console quick access menu to find it.

I completed all 3 steps to the quest. That is my point. They were competed but I still haven't received anything.
