Not receiving quest rewards

I have completed either the Xbox Quest and/or the Game Pass Quest for both December and January and I have not yet received the reward(s) for either month. I was wondering when these would be sent out.

Im not receiving my 10 hour reward from the xbox game pass quest

 

Hey Ajsinger4! For the Game Pass Quests, did you have a Game Pass subscription for the entire duration of December and January? If the subscription lapsed at any point you would not be eligible for the rewards. For the Xbox Quests, Did you complete the following:

Decemeber:

Add and Pin the Xbox Live Gold content block to Home

Play a multiplayer game online for 10 hours (please specify which game

Add 10 new friends

January:

Install and log in to the Xbox App on a mobile device 3 different days

Play 1 or more games for 10 hours (please specify which game)

Earn 5 achievements in 1 or more Xbox games (please list which achievements)

Post back and let us know!

 

I believe I had game pass for all of December, I am positive I had it for all of January and met the game pass quest requirements.

For January xbox quests, I played at least 10 hours of Assassins Creed Origins, and I unlocked more than 5 achievements:

Riders License

Free as a bird

Shadow of egypt

Smash!

Arrow whisperer

The festival

 

I have since received the xbox quest reward for January, but not the game pass quest reward for January

Account Subscriptions as well as your

I purchased a 1 month subscription on 12/27 and redeemed a 3 month code on 1/17 so I would have absolutely had entire coverage the entire month

 

I am still waiting on a response here after almost a week
