Not receiving proper rewards

Discus and support Not receiving proper rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I noticed I'm not getting rewards for my achievements and I am also not getting rewards for renewing my gold either please help...     I noticed I'm not getting rewards for my achievements and I am also not getting rewards for renewing my gold either please help

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold

    Which offers are you looking for credits from for achievements? In order to receive credits for achievements, they have to be part of a specific offer on the site, like the current RoboRewards offer. In order to qualify, you have to first purchase a specific
    game that is eligible for that offer and then earn a set amount of achievements for that game.

    As of July 2014 we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. We are currently awarding Credits for achievements made in games purchased for the Robo Rewards offer.
